It was founded in 1623 and this peaceful, pretty little village is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Nautical stopover, motor-homes parking ground including water and electricity supplies, local heritage museum (traditional baker’s oven, bandstand), Saint Martin church, grocer, post office, town hall, school. Beautiful view over the channel and the village from the cemetery chapel.
Local festival on July 24th, 25th & 26th. Fireworks by the channel on July 26th.
