  El 28 de junio de 2007 la UNESCO añadió Burdeos, el “Puerto de la luna” en la lista del Patrimonio mundial con el título de “Conjunto urbano excepcional”.

  Castets en Dorthe, CALME eau DETENTE, CONVIVIALITE et DOLCE VITA
  Entre Bassanne et Beuve, affluents de la rive gauche de la Garonne, se situe la commune de Castets en Dorthe. Sur plus de 800 hectares pour une population de 1 300 habitants, elle fait partie du canton de Langon et de la Communauté de Communes du pays de Langon.

  CASTETS en DORTHE, RUHE-Wasser-ENTSPANNUNG, Gastlichkeit und DOLCE VITA.
  Der Dorf liegt oberhalb des Garonne Flusstals und verdankt seinen Namen dem Schloss Hamel (XIV Jahrhundert) , welches das Tal überragt. Hier beginnt der "Canal de la Garonne", welcher 1856 eröffnet wurde, sowie der Radweg "Voie Verte" ,wo man am Canal entlang Toulouse erreicht und an das Mittelmeer kommt. In CASTETS en DORTHE beginnen oder enden viele Ausflüge.
